“Praktiki həllə keçiddə İrəvan hakimiyətindən səs-səmir çıxmır. Bir müddət sonra valı arxaya fırlayıb təkrar eyni sözləri deyirlər. Azərbaycan birmənalı şəkildə Ermənistan qarşısında iki şərt qoyub və bəyan edib ki, həmin şərtlərə əməl olunmadan sülh sazişi imzalanmayacaq. Bunlardan biri Ermənistan Konstitusiyasında Azərbaycana qarşı ərazi iddialarının qaldırılması, digəri isə ATƏT-in Minsk qrupunun ləğvi məsələsidir”.
Politoloq qeyd edib ki, digər məqamlar da var. Məsələn, Bakı tələb edir ki, İrəvan şərti sərhədlərimizə doldurduğu Avropa İttifaqının “mülki missiyası”nı da bölgədən uzaqlaşdırmalıdır. İrəvan üzərinə düşəni edərsə, sülhlə bağlı əməli addım atarsa, irəliləyiş mümkündür:
“Ermənistanın israrı da əbəs və mənasızdır. Onsuz da ATƏT-in Minsk qrupu 30 il ərzində heç nəyə nail olmayıb. Daha doğrusu, münaqişənin qalması üçün əlindən gələni edib. Təbii olaraq, sual ortaya çıxır ki, Ermənistan Minsk qrupunun qalmasına niyə maraqlıdır?!”

Bəyannamədə mövcud olan bir çox müddəanı Azərbaycan öz gücü hesabına reallaşdırdı. İndi Ermənistan hökumətinin üzərində Konstitusiya dəyişikliyinə getməsi, referendum keçirməyi və Minsk qrupunun ləğvinə dair birgə müraciətə razılıq verməlidir. Sülh yalnız o halda mümkün olacaq. Əks təqdirdə sülhdən danışmağımız boş zaman keçirməkdir”.
