Dövlətimizin başçısı Suriya Ərəb Respublikasının keçid dövrü Prezidentini qarşıladı.
Azərbaycan Prezidenti İlham Əliyev və Suriyanın keçid dövrü Prezidenti Əhməd Əl Şaraa rəsmi foto çəkdirdilər.
Prezident İlham Əliyev Suriya Ərəb Respublikasının keçid dövrü Prezidenti Əhməd Əl Şaraanın ölkəmizə səfərinin ikitərəfli əlaqələrimizin inkişafında mühüm əhəmiyyət kəsb edəcəyinə ümidvarlığını bildirdi.
Uzun illər ərzində Azərbaycana münasibətdə qeyri-dost siyasəti həyata keçirən Suriyadakı əvvəlki hökumətin vaxtında münasibətlərimizdə durğunluğun olduğunu deyən dövlətimizin başçısı vurğuladı ki, Suriyada yeni hakimiyyətin qurulmasından sonra əlaqələrimizin inkişafı üçün böyük perspektivlər açılıb.
Azərbaycan Respublikası Xarici İşlər Nazirliyinin və Baş nazirin müavininin rəhbərliyi ilə nümayəndə heyətinin Suriyaya səfərini xatırladan Prezident İlham Əliyev həmin səfər zamanı keçirilən görüşlərlə müxtəlif sahələrdə əməkdaşlığımızın inkişafı ilə əlaqədar layihələrin müzakirə edildiyini vurğuladı.
Suriya Ərəb Respublikasının keçid dövrü Prezidenti Əhməd Əl Şaraa Antalya Diplomatiya Forumu çərçivəsində dövlətimizin başçısı ilə görüşünü məmnunluqla xatırladı.
O, Azərbaycanın Suriyaya göstərdiyi qardaşlıq dəstəyinə görə Prezident İlham Əliyevə təşəkkürünü bildirdi.
Əhməd Əl Şaraa əvvəlki hakimiyyətin Suriyanın bir çox ölkələrlə, o cümlədən Azərbaycanla əlaqələrə xələl gətirdiyini təəssüflə qeyd etdi. O, ölkəsinin Azərbaycanla siyasi, iqtisadi-ticari, mədəni, humanitar və digər sahələrdə əməkdaşlıqda maraqlı olduğunu dedi.
Azərbaycanın əldə etdiyi uğurlar və torpaqlarımızın işğaldan azad edilməsi münasibətilə təbriklərini çatdıran Suriyanın keçid dövrü Prezidenti ölkəmizin ötən əsrin 90-cı illərində çətinliklərlə üzləşdiyini, amma onların öhdəsindən layiqincə gəldiyini və hazırda inkişaf etdiyini vurğuladı.
Görüşdə ölkələrimiz arasında xüsusilə enerji sahəsində əməkdaşlığın vacibliyi qeyd edildi, Suriyanın hazırda ciddi enerji problemi ilə üzləşdiyi bildirildi. Bu xüsusda yaxın zamanlarda Azərbaycan qazının Türkiyə ərazisindən Suriyaya ixracı layihəsinin həyata keçiriləcəyi vurğulandı və bunun Suriyanın enerji təhlükəsizliyinə töhfə verəcəyi qeyd olundu. Azərbaycanın Suriyanın energetika sahəsinin bərpasına töhfə vermək iqtidarında olduğu diqqətə çatdırıldı.
Əhməd Əl Şaraa hazırda ölkəsinin üzləşdiyi ciddi enerji problemlərinin həllində Azərbaycanın töhfəsinin əhəmiyyətini vurğulayaraq, bunun Suriyanın inkişafına xidmət etdiyini dedi.
Söhbət zamanı Azərbaycanla Suriya arasında humanitar, təhsil və mədəniyyət sahələrində əməkdaşlığa toxunuldu, o cümlədən suriyalı tələbələrə Azərbaycanda təqaüdlərin verilməsi və mədəni abidələrin bərpası ilə bağlı məsələlər ətrafında fikir mübadiləsi aparıldı.
Ölkəmizin işğaldan azad edilmiş ərazilərdə aparılan bərpa və quruculuq işlərində təcrübəsinin olduğu nəzərə alınaraq vurğulandı ki, bu xüsusda Azərbaycan Suriyanın postmünaqişə dövründə bərpa və quruculuq prosesinə öz töhfəsini verə bilər.
Görüşdə qarşılıqlı maraq doğuran digər məsələlər barədə də fikir mübadiləsi aparıldı.
Sonra Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti İlham Əliyevin Suriya Ərəb Respublikasının keçid dövrü Prezidenti Əhməd Əl Şaraa ilə məhdud tərkibdə görüşü keçirildi.
