Azərbaycanla Ermənistan arasında ABŞ-da əldə olunan razılaşmalar və üçtərəfli bəyanat fonunda Rusiyanın yanaşması diqqət çəkir. Moskva nisbətən təmkinli görünsə də, Xarici İşlər Nazirliyi səviyyəsində narahatlıq və narazılığını dilə gətirdi.
Digər tərəfdən, Azərbaycanın Ukraynadakı neft və qaz mərkəzləri də Rusiya ordusu tərəfindən hədəfə alınır. Həmçinin Ermənistanda yerləşən 102-ci bazaya da 200-ə yaxın rus hərbçinin göndərildiyi bildirilir.
Beynəlxalq Münasibətlər və Diplomatiya Araşdırmaları Mərkəzinin Sədri, Politoloq Samir Hümbətov “Global İnfo” ya açıqlamasında qeyd edib:
Rusiya Xarici İşlər Nazirliyinin sözçüsü Mariya Zaxarovanın son açıqlaması əsasən Ermənistanı hədəf alıb:
“Bakı ilə bağlı burada hər hansı ciddi maneə yoxdur. Azərbaycanın ABŞ-la imzaladığı əsas sənəd 907-ci düzəlişin dondurulması və strateji əməkdaşlıq haqqında xartiyadır. Bənzər müqavilə Rusiya ilə də imzalanıb. Yəni Azərbaycanın hansı ölkə ilə hansı müqaviləni imzalayacağı, tamamilə rəsmi Bakının suveren qərarıdır.
Zəngəzur dəhlizinin Ermənistandan keçən hissəsinə ABŞ şirkətlərinin nəzarət etməsi məsələsi isə birbaşa Rusiya və Ermənistanın həll etməli olduğu mövzudur, Azərbaycana aidiyyəti yoxdur. Moskva bu məsələdə həm Bakıya, həm də İrəvana qarşı ənənəvi təsir mexanizmlərindən istifadə edə bilərt. Lakin görünən odur ki, əsas təzyiq hədəfi Ermənistan olacaq.
ABŞ-la imzalanan müqavilə isə məhz bu istiqamətdə Azərbaycan və Ermənistanın üçüncü tərəflərin təsirindən yayınmasına xidmət edə bilər. Zaxarovanın açıqlamasındakı sərt ton və ultimatum xarakterli ifadələr İrəvana ünvanlanıb. O, Ermənistanı açıq şəkildə xəbərdar etmək niyyətindədir. Azərbaycan üçün isə bu açıqlamanın xüsusi bir əhəmiyyəti yoxdur. Çünki rəsmi Bakı öz xarici siyasət kursunu suveren qərarlarla müəyyən edir və imzaladığı sənədlər milli maraqlara əsaslanır”.
