Symposium Information
- This symposium is of an international nature, with participation from at least 5 countries.
- It meets the academic evaluation criteria for academic promotion, associate professorship, academic incentives, and similar applications.
- The quota for participants from Azerbaijan is 45%, and the quota for international participants is 55%.
- The total number of participants from Türkiye is limited to 49% of total symposium participants.
- Participants from many countries around the world will attend. The Zoom ID and password will be announced together with the symposium program.
- Presentations will be in Azerbaijan, Turkish, English, and Russian. Participants must present their papers in their own sessions.
- Papers will be subject to a blind peer-review process, resulting in acceptance or rejection.
Symposium Languages:
Turkish (all dialects), English, and Russian.
Application Procedure
- Place your paper into the journal template available on the website. Adjust your paper according to the journal writing rules.
- Send your abstract to samir.gumbatov.1987@mail.ru by September 20, 2025.
- If your abstract is accepted (evaluation usually takes 3–5 days), you will be notified. Upon acceptance, pay the symposium fee.
- An “Acceptance/Invitation Letter” will be sent for accepted papers.
- Send your full paper to samir.gumbatov.1987@mail.ru by October 5, 2025 at the latest.
- Presentation of the paper is mandatory. Papers that are not presented will not receive a participation certificate and will not be included in the symposium book.
- Papers that are presented will be included in the symposium book, and participants will receive a “Participation Certificate.”

Writing Rules for the Zangezur International Scientific Conference
Explanations are provided in the paper template. References must be prepared according to APA7 guidelines. Papers must be between 5 and 25 pages in length.
