Bayramov Azer Tofig oglu was born on June 1, 1980 in Kalbajar district. In 1994-1997 he studied at Jamshid Nakhchivanski military high school. In 1997-2001 he studied at the Azerbaijan Higher Military School. He served in the former contact line for a long time. In 2005 He was awarded the medal “For distinction in military service”. Second higher education In 2018-2021, he graduated from Baku Slavic University with a major in “International Relations”. Since 2019, he has been cooperating with mass media on researching and commenting on military issues.
