The “Center for International Relations and Diplomatic Studies” (CIDS) was established on 11.01.2022 under the Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) established as the “Public Union for International Relations and Diplomatic Studies” and began operating in Baku, the capital of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The “Public Union for International Relations and Diplomatic Studies”, officially registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 30.05.2023, operates as both an NGO and a think tank. The “Center for International Relations and Diplomatic Studies” aims to conduct research on international relations, diplomacy, foreign policy, regional security and global problems. It should also be noted that the “Center for International Relations and Diplomatic Studies” cooperates with domestic media and think tanks as well as foreign media and think tanks.
The goal of the “Center for International Relations and Diplomatic Studies” is to strengthen Azerbaijan’s position in the international arena, contribute to peace and stability in the region, and also put forward innovative solutions to current challenges at the global level.
